LowRange is operated by Tervexa Technology Solutions & Engineering LLC. This policy covers the LowRange mobile app and lowrange.app.

1. Information we collect

Account information you give us: email address, display name, and a password. Passwords are stored as a hash, not as plain text.
Jeep and build information you post: year, make, model, photos, captions, parts, cost, shop, ratings, install notes, and whether you would buy a part again.
Photos you upload. The image file is stored on our server. The database stores the link to that file.
Saved rigs and wishlist parts you choose to keep.

If you turn on fingerprint or face unlock, that check stays on your phone. We do not receive your fingerprint or face data.

2. How we use it

To run your account and show the trail, garage, search, and part ratings.
To show the builds and photos you chose to post to other people using LowRange.
To answer a support or account-deletion request.

Looking up builds and ratings is free. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who can see it

Builds, photos, part ratings, and notes you post are visible to other signed-in LowRange users. Your email address is not shown on your public build.

We share information with a service provider only when they host or operate the app for us, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and build information while your account is open. After you ask us to delete the account, we delete the account, rigs, photos, ratings, saved builds, and wishlist tied to you, except short-term backups and records we must keep for legal reasons. See Delete your account.

5. Children

LowRange is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
